We have invested in FabriVision, a new Quality Control machine.

FabriVISION is a non-contact, flat part scanner that provides automatic measurement and digitizing capabilities. The inspection process compares the first article to the original CAD drawings to generate a variety of color-coded inspection reports, that can be emailed directly to our customers. FabriVISION decreases manual inspection time with 100% accuracy.

FabriVISION allows us to reverse engineer flat parts directly into CAD files in minutes without our customer’s engineered drawing. The CAD file becomes your electronic template, eliminating the need to maintaining a physical template. FabriVISION directly integrates with our Metalsoft’s FabriWIN, and generates industry-standard CAD files.
