We have developed and implemented an “Accident Prevention Program”. We have had 0 accidents in 2010 and want to continue with 0 accidents. Metalcraft has prepared documents, assigned a safety committee and involved all staff. Navaz has enrolled in a level II first aid course. Our objective is to provide a safe workplace to ensure our staff’s safety.
We did not have the resources or time to fully implement Lean Manufacturing. With Feroz’ expertise and help our manufacturing is now more efficiently resulting in cost reduction.”
