Metalcraft Technology is committed to Lean Manufacturing. We have one Lean Manufacturing black belt and two Lean Manufacturing green belts within our staff. We are proud of our Lean Manufacturing accomplishments throughout our organization.
Metalcraft is known for External Kanban usage. We understand that our customers may have limitations when it comes to their own space. Due to this we developed a system that allows us to deliver only the parts you need, when you need them, therefore keeping your work space clear of excess inventory. Our Kanban system allows you to set up a minimum and a maximum quantity of product, which can reduce your immediate cost, and save you valuable floor space. It also enables us to ship all over North America without incurring any product damage.
We are committed to continue to be more “fit” or “athletic” in all aspects of our business and manufacturing processes, systematically and continuously taking out waste (“muda”) from every corner of our company’s operation and its supply chain. We are constantly engaged in challenging the effectiveness of our operations and refuse to maintain the status quo without on-going testing of its value to our company.
