One day each month we provide training for our staff. The training varies; dependent on what is new, what is needed or what is suggested. Training can vary from using equipment, reading blue prints, interpretation of processes, lean manufacturing methods, etc. Our intent is to ensure all of our staff is cross trained where appropriate, all staff can read blue prints and we are all talking the same talk. We would like to extend a welcome to any of our customers who would like to participate in this training. We would also appreciate any training suggestions that you would find beneficial.
