FEROZ ABDULLA joined Metalcraft Technology in 1998, working through a variety of roles in the company before advancing to become VP of Customer Service and Sales. Feroz covers onsite and offsite sales and customer support for Western Canada and the United States, delivering on customer needs from prototype to production.

In addition to his sales and customer service responsibilities, Feroz is also committed to ensuring that standards of the lean manufacturing practices are maintained.  In June 2006 Feroz successfully completed the lean manufacturing program in Japan and was awarded his white and green belt.
