Metalcraft Purchases Fabrivision Quality Inspection Machine

Metalcraft continues to strive in quality by investing in a new Quality Control Machine called FabriVision.

FabriVISION is a non-contact, flat part scanner that provides automatic measurement and digitizing capabilities. The inspection process compares the first article to the original CAD drawings to generate a variety of color-coded inspection reports that can be emailed directly to our customers. FabriVISION decreases the manual inspection time with 100% accuracy.

FabriVISION allows us to reverse engineer flat parts directly into CAD files in minutes without our customer’s engineered drawing. The CAD file becomes your electronic template, which eliminates the need for maintaining a physical template. FabiVISION will directly integrate with our Metalsoft’s FabriWIN and will also generate industry-standard CAD files.
