Teamwork Module Summary

Building a winning team is a process. Here at Metalcraft we are continuously investing in our team through our Internal Lean Training with “Teamwork” as the first module.

The Teamwork module is based on proven principles & practices which many world class companies like Toyota and many others are currently teaching and applying in their respective organizations. The Teamwork module is essential in any great human endeavour, whether you’re leader or a member, this module will definitely have a positive effect on you, your team and your life.

The Teamwork module is a combination of interactive session and fun team building simulations like building the longest & strongest bridge, solving the communication puzzle and the egg dropping simulation. We also cover important Teamwork principles like, The law of Significance, The 100 & 1% principle, The law of the Chain and The 11 commandments for an enthusiastic team.

Overall Metalcraft Teamwork module is a fun way of building a winning team that metalcraft vendors and customers can rely on.
